Customer Reviews
Got my concert tickets fast!
Anyone wondering about Eventim delivery? I bought some concert tickets for a show last week and had them in my inbox within an hour. I was expecting to wait a bit longer, but it was super quick. Used a presale code from my email, which made getting good seats easy. Compared to other sites like StubHub, this was a much smoother experience. Will definitely use them again for future events! 🤘
Good seats, but slow delivery
I purchased tickets for a rock concert last month, and the seat selection process on Eventim was smooth. I managed to get really good spots near the stage. The checkout was straightforward too. However, the physical collector tickets took about 8 days to reach my address in Liverpool, which felt a bit long. I've had faster delivery from other ticket sites. Customer service did answer my email inquiry about the delivery status within 24 hours, which was good. Overall, a decent experience, but delivery could be quicker.
Decent price for a new show
I was looking for tickets to a new musical and found Eventim had some good offers. I signed up for their newsletter and got a 10% discount code for specific theatre shows, which I used for my purchase. The price after the discount felt fair, especially for West End tickets. The mobile tickets were easy to download and use. It was my first time buying from them, and I was happy with the savings.
Easy to buy comedy tickets
Bought comedy tickets for a show in Manchester. Website was simple to navigate. Got the digital tickets immediately. No issues.

Is Eventim legit? Seen some mixed reviews before when buying tickets and wanna make sure I'm not getting ripped off for a concert.
Anyone know how Eventim compares to Ticketmaster for getting tickets? Are the prices usually similar or does one have better availability sometimes?
How long does it take to get your tickets from Eventim? Need them for a gig next month.
Hey guys, thinking of getting tickets for the new West End show. Does Eventim do student discounts or anything like that usually?
